PACE has an exciting opportunity for a Cafe Bar Manager, responsible for the day-to-day operation of the new café bar within our community creative learning hub and theatre. We’re looking for someone with the enthusiasm, ideas and commercial understanding to make the space a success. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming, inclusive and vibrant environment for audiences, participants, artists, visitors and staff. The post-holder will ensure high standards of customer service, efficient operations, and a safe, clean and friendly space that supports the wider aims of the organisation.
